What is a good work out routine?
Its it a good idea to work out my chest biceps and triceps one day, and another day work out thighs and abs?
You could do it that way, but what happened to working your shoulders and back?
Common ways to do split routines is doing pushing exercises one day, then pulling the next day.
Or you can do an upper body/lower body split.
